My Career

After graduated from UiTM, Shah Alam with a second class upper result  in BBA (Hons) Operation Management, I started develop my career at Masterskill (M) Sdn. Bhd. as an Executive in Admission & Records (A&R) Department. Admission & Records (A&R) also known as Registrar Office in our organization. Since I pursuing my Master Degree at UiTM Ipoh in January 2011, then I requested to transfer to Masterskill, Ipoh Campus as an Executive in Student Affairs and Development Department (STAD).  During my time in Masterskill, I am responsible in preparing class schedule for all programs (including Diploma, Degree & Foundation programme) and responsible in Disciplinary Reporting Process. My work background had trained me to be a fast leaner, create critical thinking, expose to ad-hoc task, be more efficient and be able to complete all tasks given by my Head of Department (HOD) immediately.

I am interested to be a lecturer since it was one of my ambition. For me, education is very important because education will give impacts human development and economic growth, and it is a fundamental requirement for democracy. As for this, I have the great curiosity to continue my studies in Master of Business Administration (MBA). Even though, I still young in lecturing field, I believe that I can develop my teaching skill by attending various trainings and supported by my experience in Education field for almost 5 years. At present, I am working in TAJ International College as a Lecturer. As a lecturer, my job scope not typically deliver lecture, preparing assessment for students and grading examination, however I have to participate in moderating new programme offered by management and was appointed as secretariat of Academic Department. Personally, I am taking these additional tasks a new advantages and challenge for myself in order to gain valuable experience.
