Job Description:
1. Prepare and
deliver lectures
-
Accountability in lecturing degree and diploma students which including

2. Preparing
The Assignment, Test And Final Exam Question For Students
- During
the first day of class, discuss with the students design of the course and the
expectations for the course.
- To
ensure that course objectives are being met, schedule meetings with the
students at regular intervals, normally once a week, throughout the quarter to
discuss various aspects of the course, including the assigned readings,
advising of students, grading of assignments, and, the topics and readings to
be discussed for each discussion section.

Grading the Examination Papers
- To
submit graded examinations and papers and grade distributions to the Exam Board
for approval. Assigning grades to students, it is the Lecturer who bears final
responsibility for the course and for grades assigned in the course. The Lecturer will act as the source of appeal
for a student who is not satisfied with the a grade, but the will consult with
the students about the final determination of the appeal.
4. Preparing
The Syllabus And Course Requirements (for new program)
- Responsible
for designing the course, including preparing the syllabus and course
requirements, establishing the structure and content of discussion sections and
grading policies, and ordering desk copies of the assigned books

Secretariat of Academic Department
- Accountable in handling monthly Academic Meeting which will involve all
academic staffs. In the meantime, preparing minutes of meeting as well as
preparing proposal and report for any particular program organized by Academic.

Ensure that all the documentation and filing are organized
systematically.

7. Special Tasks
enjoying the available facilities provided.
- Responsible in preparing the entire necessary document for internship program purpose. For instance, prepare application letter for student who searching their practical placement, provide schedule for visit (2 times- to assign the supervisor involve), arranging presentation schedule (upon student finish their practical training) and grading the student report. The final marks must be submitted to Coordinator program to record before releasing the result to students.
- To prepare the module and arrange a seminar before student undergo the internship program to ensure that students will bring a good college brand name to outside.
7. Special Tasks
- Assigned by Head of Academic to be Project Manager for Parents Day 2012 program which organized by Academic Department. As a Project Manager, it is responsible to set up committee, conduct the meeting to ensure that all the committee well knows about their duties. Ensure that all the necessary facilities and preparation are done before the day of event. Then, upon successfully completed the program, have to prepare the report to submit to the CEO.
- Being a Academic Counselor to approach and attract new potential student to join the company and enjoying the available facilities provided.

Job Description:
- Responsible in Disciplinary Reporting Process
-
Accountable in provide guidelines in handling complaints related to
disciplinary problem.
-
To provide a method to handle students who have committed a minor
offence.
-
To indicate students are expected to respect and observe the rules and
regulations of the College. Also participate in certain procedure for Student
Disciplinary Investigation (SDI).
- As for missing students, will provide guidelines in handling complaints
received from various parties such as lecturer, warden, security, clinical
instructor, students or parents.
- Key person in preparing a Student Disciplinary
Investigation (SDI) session monthly
- Implementing a method in dealing with student
related to disciplinary problem.
- To do a study, analyze, and classify all reports
receive from all parties including lecturers, coordinator,
warden, security,
students and others
- Shall do a study, classify the case and contact the
student for SDI session by sending a SDI letter as
well sending telegram to
their parents and inform them pertaining to the SDI session.
- Responsible in informing the College Disciplinary
Board regarding SDI session by sending SDI letter, email and calling them TWO
(2) days in advance before the session.
- The outcome of the session will be keyed in College
Admission System (CAS) and inform the parents, coordinator and respective
department accordingly through official letter.
- Participation
in organizing and arrange student activities

Responsible to provide guidelines for the process of all student
activities such as sports and recreations.

Ensure that the meeting is held with the students and respective person
for a brainstorming session about the type of activities that may interest the
student.
-
To prepare the Concept Paper and Proposal regards to activities which
approved by HQ. Then, the Concept Paper and Proposal will be checked by the HOD
before submitting to the Centre Manager for endorsement. The endorsed proposal
paper will be submitted to the CEO for approval.

To print the certificate for student who attending all programme
organized in Masterskill.
- Responsible in preparing class schedule for
all programs (including Diploma, Degree & Foundation programme) in
Masterskill

Allocating
classes by monthly based on respective intake and programs to ensure that all
students, lecturers and class arrangement run smoothly.

To make
sure all necessary data been created and keyed in College Admission System (CAS)
correctly for LOG-IN & LOG-OUT purpose in Class Attendance System (CATS).
-
Ensure
academic calendar for all programs for next coming year are done prepared by
respective Program Manager and been informed to branches accordingly.
-
Ensure that
new students will be explained about all information pertaining timetable
issues.
-
Make sure
allocation of classroom for Replacement, Additional & Examination are
organized appropriately.
- Accountable
in Subject Registration
-
Ensure that
subject offered will be registered to student by programs and semester
accordingly.

Ensure that
student semester registration slip will printed before class start, rechecking
and deliver to Program Manager and students.

Ensure that
A&R received the semester registration slip from Program Manager after
rechecking and signing within 1 week after class start and filing
systematically for internal and external audit purpose and as a reference as
well.
- Coordinating
Branches
-
Responsible
to make sure there is no issue in branches regarding scheduling area.

Try to solve
any problem happened in branches and advised them due to scheduling area.

Must make
sure that all branches are followed subject to be offered monthly and academic
calendar accordingly as what been planned in HQ.
- Participate
in Registration new students
-
Ensure all
necessary preparations and documents are done provided before registration day.
-
Responsible
in register students accordingly and checked all documents to ensure only
qualified student been registered in particular program.
- Contribute
in conducting PTPTN online
-
Ensure that
student will be guide and assist them in doing application for PTPTN loan
through online and signing agreement process.
- Participate
in Convocation Day
-
Participate
for the whole ceremony from the beginning. For example, make sure students are
qualified to graduate by checking their result and completed the total credit
hours.

Students
must get result at least C and above for every subject.
-
Ensure all
necessity such as prepared food coupon, invitation card and offer letter to
student, prepare diploma & transcript, folder, registration counters and
others are done properly before the convocation day.

During
convocation day, responsible in register student who attending convocation and
will give diploma and transcript to student on the same day.
- Assist
Registrar in preparing data for Malaysia Qualification Agency (MQA) Audit
purpose
